Wedding Facilities

Cadmore Lodge Hotel & Country Club is situated in a quiet brook valley, approximately 2 miles from Tenbury Wells. The hotel stands in an idyllic location with beautiful views overlooking Cadmore Lake.

The Lake room enjoys this delightful outlook and can seat up to 150 guests in comfort, where we will endeavour to meet all the needs of your family and friends and help to make your special day perfect.

The dining room seats 40 people and can be used for smaller weddings.
Should you choose Cadmore Lodge you will have a designated wedding co-ordinator, who will be available for meetings to help you from the initial booking right through to your Wedding Day. If you have any queries, make a note and bring them to an arranged meeting.

 Wedding Package

The following are included in the price of the wedding package: -

• Sherry or Bucks Fizz on Arrival
• House Wine service during the meal
• Sparkling wine served for the toast
• Wedding Breakfast menu or Decorated Cold Buffet Menu
• A posy of flowers in colours of your choice for each table
• Cake Stand and knife
• Complimentary Bridal Suite for the Bride and Groom for numbers over 80 guests
• Serviettes of your choice of colour.

 Civil Marriage Ceremonies

 Cadmore Lodge holds a marriage licence enabling ceremonies to be carried out on the premises.

A charge is made for the ceremony being held at the hotel. The Registrars charges are listed separately.

 Evening Parties

 Cadmore Lodge offers a complete Disco Service with our resident DJ (last dance being at 12.15am).

Alternatively you may wish to use your own Disco or have a Live Band performing at your party. In this case you must advise us of your intentions and the chosen entertainer must contact the hotel management to discuss arrangements and liability cover. If your own DJ wishes to use the on site equipment a charge will be applied.

The band must finish by 12.00 midnight.  The bar will remain open until 12:00 midnight with last orders at 11:45pm.

If coaches are being used or taxis being booked please arrange collection time so that the venue is vacated by 12.45 am

 Fireworks

 Please ask for a quote.

 We are happy to arrange a Firework Display for you, using one of the U.K.s premiere pyrotechnic display companies, however we do not permit people to arrange them privately due to past experiences.
